cardiac coherence exercise

I retain an exercise of cardiac coherence, which is to make an inspiration through the nose, for 5 seconds, and an exhalation through the mouth for the next 5 seconds. Process to repeat for 5 mm in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Counting up to 60 during each minute allows you to focus your mind on that breath. This has a de-creasing effect. Having practiced it when I woke up, I supplemented it with a head massage. I was surprised to feel the skin of the skull moving very easily under my fingers. We have a lot of tensions at that level. Trying to do this massage in the evening after a busy day, you will see the difference with your morning touch, if you take the time of a few minutes in the morning.
